We’ve moved! After outgrowing our old facility, we recently moved into a 15,000 square foot location that enables us to have space for collection, storage, sorting, refurbishment and administrative offices. We also now have a dedicated location for documented secure erasure of hard drives to NIST 800-88 specifications or complete physical destruction of hard drives with a 12,000 lb. press.  Please call us to schedule a tour.

 Affinity Information Management was recently awarded the recycling contract for Toledo Public Schools. We have collected more than 1500 old CRT monitors and 500 out-of-date computers thus far, and we continue to assist TPS in the sorting and proper disposal and recycling of old computers, television and A/V equipment from throughout the school system.

 Heidelberg University has selected Affinity Information Management as their preferred recycler for electronic equipment and secure document destruction. Heidelberg officials are also helping us with planning some city-wide Collection Days for all of Tiffin, Ohio in the Spring of 2011.

 Our Collection Events for 2010 are now finished. We would like to thank The Andersons for their cooperation in helping us stage events at their store locations in Toledo, Sylvania, Maumee and Columbus. We collected over 150 tons of old electronics and documents for recycling or secure on-site destruction. We would also like to thank the staff at Heidelberg University for helping us stage an event in Tiffin.
